I bought a Floyd sofa a few months back, and I’m really happy with it. My sister came over recently and even commented on how comfy it was. The cushions are firm in the best way, supportive without feeling stiff, and they haven’t started sinking or getting weird spots from daily use.

I’m on it all the time for watching TV, sneaking in a nap, or working on my laptop for a bit. It still feels sturdy and cozy, and it’s been easy to just live with. Setup took me a little while, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Overall, I’d definitely buy it again.

The only thing I noticed was that the finish looked maybe a tiny bit different once it was in my room, but that could just be my lighting or me overthinking it. Either way, it wasn’t a big deal, and I’m happy with the purchase overall.

My table arrived with a busted corner, which had me annoyed right away. I sent Floyd a few photos and, thankfully, they got back to me faster than I expected. I was already bracing for some drawn-out back-and-forth, but they didn’t make it a hassle and set up a replacement part. It still took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, and I was definitely getting impatient, but they kept me updated and handled it well in the end.

I went with Floyd mostly because I liked the whole sustainable materials / less-waste idea... it feels like a good choice. The piece is sturdy, simple, and doesn’t feel like something I’ll want to replace anytime soon! Happy with it overall.

I’m sure Floyd’s style is exactly what I was going for. It has that clean, simple look, but still feels warm enough that my place doesn’t look too plain. A couple pieces maybe lean a little trendy, or at least that’s the impression I get, but overall I really like the vibe and it fits my apartment well...

They got back to me really fast, which is all you ever want with these things. No fuss, no waiting around forever, just a quick reply and done.

I had to return one item, and I was expecting it to turn into the usual headache because that’s somehow always my luck. But support got back to me really quickly, the return label came through fast, and the refund showed up a few days later. For once, I didn’t have to chase anybody or deal with unnecessary drama.

Ordered from floydhome.com. Packaging was better than I expected. Super tight. Nothing rattling around.

The box had a few delivery scuffs, but everything inside was fine. Corners were protected well. Happy with it.
